As a multi-brand marketplace, we do not store all products in one central warehouse. This means that shipping times, delivery methods, and return conditions may vary depending on the respective brand and destination.

We aim to make shipping as transparent and simple as possible.
Brand-specific shipping details, including dispatch times, delivery estimates, free shipping thresholds, and return periods, are shown directly on the respective product pages.


2. Shipping Process

Once you place an order, the respective brand prepares and ships the item directly.

If your order includes products from different brands, these items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Some products are made to order or produced on demand. In such cases, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Some brands may offer:

  • free shipping

  • free shipping above a certain order value

  • reduced shipping rates for specific regions

Any such brand-specific conditions are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout before payment is completed.

9. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping costs or delays may occur.
