With every purchase, you support our aid projects. For products from third-party brands, 5% to 10% of the revenue is directly donated to selected aid projects. For all New World Guardians branded products, we donate 10% of the revenue. This way, every purchase you make contributes to meaningful causes and helps support vital initiatives.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time, as orders may already be in processing with our partner brands.

Not all brands on our platform ship to every country. You’ll see a list of available countries in the product descriptions, or you can check at checkout by entering your address. If your country is not listed, unfortunately, shipping is not available for that product.

Delivery times vary depending on each brand and the location of the brand. When available, delivery details are included in the product descriptions or will be visible at checkout. If this information isn’t provided, we recommend reaching out directly to the individual brands for specific delivery estimates.

Invoices are sent via email directly from the respective brands. If your order includes products from multiple brands, you will receive separate invoices from each brand. This allows each brand to manage their own invoicing and ensures you have a record of each purchase.

Delivery costs vary by brand, as each brand on our platform handles its own shipping directly from their facilities. If you purchase from multiple brands, separate shipping fees apply, which can lead to higher delivery costs. However, this model reduces environmental impact, as we avoid warehousing products and unnecessary shipments of unsold items. Return costs also vary by brand, and in most cases, they must be covered by the customer. This approach supports more conscious purchasing decisions and minimises the environmental footprint of returns.

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our Metaverse Gallery allows NFT holders to showcase themselves, if they want to and connect with other Guardians. Here, you can meet like-minded individuals who share the vision of a better planet.
