1.2.       This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the website www.newworldguardians.com (the “Website”), to whitelisting for the purchase, and to the purchase of digital photographs, images, and other digital works of art by NWG-NFT GmbH which have been individualized as so-called NFTs (non-fungible tokens) (hereinafter called “New World Guardian(s)”), via the Website.

1.3.       This Privacy Policy is regularly updated, amendments will be published on our Website. In order to be aware of the most recent version, you should regularly access the Privacy Policy.

2.1.        Personal data encompass all information on identified or identifiable persons.

3.1.        NWG-NFT GmbH processes your personal data in relation to (a) the use of the Website, (b) whitelisting and registration, (c) the purchase of “New World Guardians”, (d) the newsletter, and (e) if you contact us.

i.           Which data do we process?

3.2.        In order to be able to make the Website accessible to you and to detect, prevent, and examine attacks on the Website, we shall gather, collect, and store the following types of data:

           your Ethereum wallet address.

3.7.        Providing this data is required for you to be added to the whitelist for the purchase of “New World Guardians”. If you do not indicate this data, you will neither be able to register on the Website nor use the whitelist.

3.8.        We process these data in compliance with (pre)contractual obligations and/or based on our legitimate interests.

iii.        For how long do we store your data?

3.9.        We store the data for the period of whitelisting, i.e., from the time of your registration until the end of the whitelisting phase, and/or for as long as it is required for the pursuit of or protection from legal claims or to comply with legal retention obligations.

c.          Processing of your data for the purchase of “New World Guardians”

i.           Which data do we process?

3.10.   We process the following personal data for you to be able to purchase “New World Guardians”:

           your first name and last name;

           your e-mail address;

           your place of residence or company headquarters;

           your Ethereum wallet address;

           your payment details (credit card details);

           the time and date of your purchase.

3.11.      Providing the above-mentioned personal data is required for you to be able to purchase “New World Guardians”. In case you do not provide the personal data indicated, you will not be able to purchase “New World Guardians”.

3.12.      We process these data in compliance with (pre)contractual obligations and/or based on our legitimate interests.

iii.        For how long do we store your data?

3.13.      We store the data for the duration necessary to process the purchase process and/or for as long as it is required for the pursuit of or protection from legal claims or to comply with legal retention obligations.

d.          Processing of your data relating to a newsletter subscription

i.           Which data do we process?

3.14.      You can subscribe to our newsletter in order to receive information and offers relating to products and services by Anja Grundböck. We process the following personal data if you subscribe to the newsletter:

           your first name and last name;

           your e-mail address;

           your place of residence or company headquarters;

           your Ethereum wallet address.

3.15.      Provision of the above-mentioned personal data for the purpose of marketing is effected on a voluntary basis. If you do not provide the personal data for the purpose of marketing and do not give consent, you will not receive any newsletter e-mails.
